AUSVIGOR warrants that its category-rated connecting hardware and horizontal premise cable, when installed from end-to-end and tested per TIA Permanent Link specifi cation will perform in accordance with TIA-568 standards for fi fteen (25) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty is issued to the original purchaser only and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify and return such defective product to AUSVIGOR (F.O.B. AUSVIGOR at La Mirada, California) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim. Products covered under this warranty must be purchased from an authorized AUSVIGOR distributor.

This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure that is caused by conditions beyond AUSVIGOR’s control,including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration,acts of God, or normal wear and tear. AUSVIGOR’s sole obligation and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be

limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at AUSVIGOR’s discretion.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. AUSVIGOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AUSVIGOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.25 YEAR 30 YEAR 3YEAR.
